What the site is for

The site presents our services and the projects we have built. We sell nothing online and no contract is concluded through the site: the contact form only sends us an enquiry.

Any collaboration is agreed through a separate written proposal and contract, which take precedence over these terms.

Information on the site

We do our best to keep the information published here accurate and up to date, but it is general in nature and may change without prior notice.

Prices and timeframes

The site shows no prices, and nothing on it is a binding offer. The timeframes and ways of working described are indicative; the exact terms are set in each project's proposal and contract.

Portfolio projects

The sites shown in the portfolio belong to the people they were built for, and their content — text, photographs, names and trademarks — is theirs. We show them as examples of our work. The links and previews lead to sites we do not control.

Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics and code of this site belong to CARIMAR TRANS SRL. They may not be copied, reproduced or republished without our written consent, except for short quotations with the source credited.

Using the site

Please don't use the site or the contact form for automated messages, unlawful content, or attempts to disrupt the site or its security.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". We cannot guarantee that it will run without interruption or error, and we are not responsible for the content of external sites it links to. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We first try to resolve any disagreement amicably — write to us at the email address below.

The details of the ANPC and of the competent county office are shown at the bottom of every page. Failing an agreement, disputes are settled by the competent Romanian courts.
