What we collect

Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), project type, desired timeframe and your message. We also record when you submitted it and that you gave consent.

Your IP address

We don't keep your IP address. We derive an irreversible cryptographic value from it, used solely to stop automated submissions. The stored value cannot be turned back into an address.

Why we collect it

The only purpose is to reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project. We don't send newsletters, we don't do marketing, and we don't sell anyone's data. We make no automated decisions and build no profiles from it.

Legal basis

We process the form data on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the GDPR), and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before you withdraw it.

The value derived from your IP address is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the form from automated submissions (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Where it's stored and who receives it

The data is stored in a Postgres database hosted by Neon, on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). A notification containing your message is sent to us by email through Resend. The site is hosted by Vercel.

These providers process the data only on our behalf. Some of them are US companies; where that is the case, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. We pass the data to no one else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for at most 24 months from receipt, then delete them. If we go on to work together, your contact details remain in the records of that collaboration for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to the email address below and we will reply within 30 days.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, at www.dataprotection.ro.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for traffic statistics and to measure page speed. They set no cookies, don't identify you, and don't track visitors across sites. The details are in the cookie policy.
